The role of the Business Analyst is to help analyze client’s business needs, and work as a liaison among stakeholders and business units. This individual is responsible for a full range of activities including business requirements gathering, design and document workflow and making appropriate recommendations that will positively impact and ensure the operational effectiveness of the business unit.
